Shipping Policy

General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-30 days. Standard shipping is 7-12 days, however, the delivery terms might be different during the special time of COVID-19. If more than 30 days have passed, please email us at  [email protected] to review the status of your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping rates may vary between products, as well as the offer provided for that product. We also accept orders from international customers, so product shipping rates may vary according to country where orders are shipped to.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items in Transport
